Our 3 step programme is designed to support and guide Secondary, FE and HE institutions through the process of developing effective and robust anti-racist strategy.

Step 1: VOCALIZE

• We create safe spaces and facilitate in-depth conversations on the subjects of race, racism and anti-racism, equity, diversity and inclusion among staff, students, managers, SLT, governors, parents and other stakeholders

Step 2: ORGANIZE

• We review, evaluate and summarise feedback, information and data collated during the Vocalize stage supporting Secondary, FE and HE intuitions to understand how to effectively use the reflections of its community to positive impact organisational change.

Step 3: STRATEGIZE

• We act as a critical friend and guide to Secondary, FE and HE institutions, supporting them to make long term sustainable change towards a culture of anti-racism.
