NATALIE SIMMONDS-ALLEYNE
CEO/Director/Lead Consultant
Natalie has worked within the education sector for 10 years and has enjoyed a very successful career to date. She is passionate about the creation of truly inclusive, anti-racist education and working environments for students and staff. Natalie founded INCONVERSATION Birmingham CIC in 2020 and went on to form INCONVERSATION In Education in 2021.
Natalie attended the University of Manchester, where she attained a BA Hons in Management, Business and IT. She went on to attain both her PGCE and Master’s in Education from the University of Wolverhampton. During which time she was also awarded the Post Compulsory Education Prize.
Natalie is an active member of the Black Leadership Group (BLG) and was among members invited to the AOC Annual Conference, 2022 & 2020, to discuss the effective implementation of anti-racist strategy within FE education.
In 2020 she was included on a list of 100 Faces of Further Education, which highlighted her work to champion racial equality and social mobility within the sector.
In 2019 Natalie was the recipient of the Birmingham Metropolitan College Alumni Award, in recognition of her notable success and work to inspire others within the education industry.
Prior to this Natalie was invited as a guest speaker to the FE- Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) Annual Conference, 2018, where she discussed racial equality and social mobility within education and her personal journey on behalf of (what was previously known as) The Stephen Lawrence Foundation.
SHANTELLE WARREN

Shantelle plays a crucial role within our organisation, supporting to us to build strong and lasting relationships with our clients. Head of Engagement is a key role within INCONVERSATION in Education and Shantelle works tirelessly to further develop our brand, provide direction across our organisation and support planning towards our key areas of work.
As Head of Engagement, Shantelle leads the operational delivery of our activities, defining and driving the INCONVERSATION in Education brand to a range of clients and stakeholders. She works closely with our clients to identify, understand, and plan to meet their specific individualised needs. Shantelle is responsible for managing our portfolio of clients and serves as assertive and a responsive point of contact, dedicated to providing an outstanding overall client/stakeholder experience.

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT ASSISTANT
We are looking for a part-time Social Media & Content Assistant to join our team.
We’re looking for a motivated, organised individual with an excellent eye for content creation aimed towards our desired audiences.

Your roles and responsibilities:
• Help managing, scheduling and maintaining our social media platforms • Creating content for our social media platforms
The ideal candidate will:
• Be organised and proactive
• Have a good understanding of major social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram)
• Know how to use Canva, Photoshop or similar to design posts and material such as worksheets
• Be creative and happy to put forward ideas for press releases, posts, competitions, campaigns and more
• A good knowledge of basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Gmail etc.)
