INCONVERSATION In Education design, deliver and evaluate a range of learning, development and training activities; for students, staff and stakeholders, which support Secondary, FE and HE institutions to:
Promote anti-racism
Develop truly inclusive curriculum
Effectively implement the use of anti- racist practices
Inspire greater equity
Providing Secondary, FE and HE institutions with the opportunity to become leaders in creating deep and long term sustainable change towards a culture of anti-racism in education.

Use of racial equality data across areas of learning, development and training- for students and staff.
Development of curriculum that reflects contemporary British values, acknowledges *Black British history and the impact of colonial history on modern society
Development in the use of Positive Optics and Messaging. Ensuring fair treatment and positive advocacy of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic students & staff.
